Leporis: Database of SFQ-based LSI Experimental Results
The Leporis is an online database system to manage experimental results of superconductor large-scale integrated circuits (LSIs) based on single-flux-quantum (SFQ) effectively and efficiently. The Leporis is intended to provide a place to share information between researchers involved in device fabrication and circuit design so that it supports the research and development activities of SFQ LSIs.
Access to the Leporis database is limited to the researchers who are concerned with the AIST superconductor LSI fabrication facility, and individual registration is required. To sign up the Leporis, please see the registration manual. The administrator will contact you via email later.
